While we will face many challenges at all stages of our lives, we need not endure them alone. There are few things we cannot bear in the presence of a safe and caring other. It is a true privilege for me to be a part of this life-changing experience for my clients, wherein they come to realize that they are not alone in their journey towards better health and human flourishing. I focus on the therapeutic relationship in a person-centered approach to counseling that creates space for empathy and accountability to coexist and provides the backdrop for growth and change over time.
