Hi, I'm Christy. I have 20 years experience working with people who are facing grief, loss, trauma and navigating life transitions big and small. I've worked with people of all ages from pre-schoolers, teens, young adults and all the way through adulthood to navigate grief and loss, traumatic losses, and life transitions. I love to be a part of people healing, to help people discover their own strength and resilience and encourage and witness people engaging in their own healing. I am trained in EMDR, I love helping people in this way, and in narrative therapy- helping people to reframe their stories, and come up with strategies to live better and heal pain.
