Hi and Welcome! I am accepting New Clients. I have a passion for working with teenagers and adults with Gender Transitioning, Depression, Anxiety, Substance addiction, Trauma, Relationship Problems, and Self-esteem issues. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and a gender affirming care therapist. I have over 6 years of counseling experience, working in a homeless shelter and counseling individuals in a community mental health agency. You will find that I am outgoing, friendly, and easy to connect with. My treatment approaches include EMDR for Trauma, CBT and DBT. I am committed to providing my clients with a safe and supportive environment to process their emotions and work through any roadblocks they may encounter.
