Finding the right therapist is incredibly important and I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic environment. I work primarily with individual adult clients with a specialization in working with emerging adult women (ages 18 - 30). Within therapy, I focus on understanding your emotions, expressing your emotions in a healthy and constructive way, relationships, and how early childhood and family experiences have affected you so you are better able to create healthy coping mechanisms for the stresses of daily life.
