I help military, veterans, first responders, and their families who carry the weight of trauma, burnout, or constant alertness. If sleep, relationships, or work have started to suffer, we will steady the ground under your feet and build skills that last. I offer online therapy for adults and couples. I am an LCSW who served 21 years in the Army and later worked in law enforcement, the courts, and the VA. Clients often tell me it feels good to talk to someone who understands the culture and the cost of service.
