I enjoy working together with my clients to improve coping skills, reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression, adjust to life changes, and strengthen relationships. I help individual adults and teens in supportive counseling to grow personally, communicate more effectively, and become more connected to their own feelings. I love working with couples at all stages. I am certified to do Prepare-Enrich premarital testing with couples, which helps couples get all the skills they need to succeed. Before private practice, I was with the Counseling department at St. Joseph Hospital, where I got extensive experience helping individuals and families cope with serious illness and loss.
