Aloha, I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a background in case management and clinical work with both children and adults. I bring experience, care, and cultural awareness into every session. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself and remove the mask we often wear for others. I will meet you where you are and assist in finding you a path forward. My approach is rooted in collaboration and honesty, and I’m here to walk with you through healing and growth. Outside of therapy, I love to bake (I’m currently working on my sourdough skills) and play games—it’s one of the ways I stay grounded and fun.
