While counseling involves theories and techniques, I prefer to think of it as a relationship of support and encouragement to help my clients get unstuck in their personal issues or relationship difficulties. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families who are eagerly seeking change and growth. I am experienced in working with a variety of personal and relational issues: communication, resolving marital or family conflict, intimacy in marriage, affair recovery, sexual issues, practicing forgiveness, parenting, preparing for marriage, developing healthier relationships, grieving loss through death or divorce, resolving/managing anger, anxiety, and depression.
