Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked on my own root wounds, and through those personal healing experiences, I have learned to combine a compassionate, client-centered, emotionally focused approach with evidence-based methods to help clients uncover, understand, and heal the wounded parts of themselves. I draw on my expertise and experience to create a safe, relationship-based environment by exploring all of the parts that make up a person. I am a certified NeuroChange Specialist. I’m also trained in Symbis (premarital) assessments and have completed Level 1 & Level 2 training of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. No matter what skill or tool I use, my goal is to create a safe, grace-filled, and nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can move toward healing.
