I specialize in intimacy and relationship concerns including desire, infidelity and sex for individuals or couples with a focus on rebuilding connection, communication, and conflict skills. My treatment approach is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This includes exploring self-talk, relationships, and attachment patterns to help you better understand yourself and achieve your goals. I focus on educating the client, utilizing your strengths and providing techniques to overcome conflicts. My goal is not to diagnose you but to improve your life and your relationships to manage future concerns independently. I am an AASECT certified sex therapist with additional training in IFS & Gottman for couples, polyamory & ENM partners. I have a background in clinical research which assists me in teaching evidence-based techniques to my clients.
