As a therapist, I offer a space of curiosity and affirmation in order to support you in a collaborative process of growth and healing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are facing life transitions and identity explorations as well as challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent people (including ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and sensory sensitivities) who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how to navigate spaces in the world that are out of sync with their sensory, social, or educational needs.
