I am a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana with over 5 years of professional work experience. I specialize in working with adults across the entire lifespan, from young adulthood through middle age and into older adulthood. I work with clients who struggle with stress, concentration, memory, focus, anxiety, mood disturbances, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, building confidence, depression, relationship issues, and improving sport performance. I also have experience working with clients with a clinical diagnosis history of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Mood related disorders.
