I am a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty-five years of experience and work with a wide range of clients. My approach to psychotherapy is goal-oriented and it is honest, direct and respectful, offering clients non-judgmental guidance in a safe environment. Within these parameters my approach to therapy is adjusted based on the needs of an individual client. I believe that a deep desire for change, for relief, is the driving force behind one's decision to seek therapy. Change is vital to addressing and overcoming obstacles that prevent one from enjoying their lives and relationships fully. My role is to help clients identify their goals and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
