My name is Cienna Bancroft LMFT 123658. I am a Humanistic therapist and often adapt my approach to what works for my clients. I work with adults and teens primarily and see individuals, couples, families, and all relationship styles. I have experience in Humanistic therapy mostly. However, I also have used CBT, DBT, and Experiential theories when working with individuals. When working with couples/families I have used EFT and Gottman styles as well. I like to tailor my approach to what the client comes in with and go from there.
