My ideal clients are adolescents and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, or challenges from growing up with parents who struggle with addiction. Or parents needing support within their parenting and help keeping communication open in their relationship with their children. Potential clients are looking for a safe, supportive space to be truly heard and understood. Together, we work on building coping skills, gaining clarity, discovering their strengths, communication, and healing. My goal is to help them feel empowered, supported, and ready to take positive steps toward the life they want. I provide an empathetic, upbeat space where clients can explore, grow, and build skills. I help them strengthen emotional awareness, learn coping strategies, and understand their developmental stage and what their body and mind are experiencing through compassion and psychoeducation.
