You might be an adolescent struggling with self-harm or big emotions, or an adult navigating anxiety, infertility, or perinatal/postpartum challenges. Many people I work with feel stuck or misunderstood. I provide a safe, affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive space to be heard, build healthier coping skills, and navigate life transitions with clarity and confidence. I provide compassionate, affirming therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, infertility, or perinatal/postpartum challenges. I support self-harm, intense emotions, and maladaptive coping, offering practical tools and a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
