I provide neuro-affirming, strengths-based care for children, college students, and adults. My approach honors how each brain is wired rather than trying to “fix” differences. I support individuals navigating challenges related to attention, emotional regulation, anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions. Many of the kiddos or individuals I work with are thoughtful, high-achieving, or deeply sensitive and have spent years feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed. My work is collaborative, validating, and intentionally paced, with a focus on helping build self-understanding, regulation skills, and confidence in who they are.
