As a recovery specialist I work with clients to overcome emotional, social, trauma and mental health issues while working with individuals, couples, and families helping them cope with various life challenges. I specialize in counseling individual clients and their families through substance abuse and recovery issues. As a master's level Christian counselor, I integrate spirituality and relationships into my practice because I believe that addiction is a spiritual, relational and systemic disease. Being a recovering alcoholic and the mother of 7 grown children, I bring a unique understanding that comes through many life experiences.
