Hi, I'm a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and children over 9. I've worked in a wide range of settings including universities, child residential psychiatric treatment programs, acute inpatient care, psychological evaluation and testing, the Ga. Dept. of Corrections, and private practice. These experiences have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy that balances clinical expertise with real-world understanding. I enjoy working with people who are motivated to better understand themselves and move through challenges in meaningful ways. I provide telehealth for kids ages 9+, parents, couples, and individual adults. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from psychoeducation, boundary work, communication skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive arts, and family-of-origin work to better understand how early experiences continue to influence present-day problems
