I am committed to helping people find the best in themselves during difficult situations. Life transitions can impact us with anxiety, depression, employment stress, grief and loss, secondary trauma and trauma. I know one size does not fit all but I believe there is hope through healing wounds of the past by having someone listen to your experiences without judgement in a safe place while finding the courage to navigate these changes. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Social Work and continue to give back to my profession by helping individuals find their path.
