Life challenges can be overwhelming at times. I strive to assist individuals, couples and families in achieving emotionally healthy lives and reaching their specific life goals. I have a master degree in social work with a post graduate in Marriage and Couples therapy and a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology. I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and I am trained in EMDR. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, parenting, substance use and adjustment struggles. I have clinical interests in cognitive behavioral, EMDR, mindfulness, animal-assisted, creative and art approached therapy.
