Hi my name is Cindy Casey. I really enjoy working with people that have trauma because you can heal from trauma. The healing journey can be somewhat difficult, but I think it is less painful than most people think it is. In my experience as a therapist I have laughed, joked, cried, and created bonds with people and have watched them progress. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a client have their aha moment and turn the corner toward self-love, reduce the depression, reduce the anxiety, and have better relationships with themselves and others.
