I believe it is important to meet people where they are and that everyone has the potential to grow. Sometimes it just takes a little extra support in order for people to get to a place where they can enjoy life more completely and feel good about themselves. When working with my clients I use a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. I offer comprehensive counseling for adults and adolescents and have worked extensively with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, self-confidence issues, loss/grief, and relationship difficulties.
