I so appreciate you taking this opportunity to come to my page and reach out for help. It truly takes courage and determination especially when we are in vulnerable spaces in our lives. My hope and my goal is to help you discover your strengths and increase your ability to cope with stressful life transitions that may lead to depression, anxiety, or emotional distress. Additionally, help you heal, become empowered, and reclaim your life. My clinical interests include depression, cultural issues, grief/loss, substance abuse, and trauma. My approach to therapy is integrative with an emphasis cognitive behavioral techniques.
