Accepting New Clients- As a therapist, my expertise revolves around working with individuals who struggle within relationships, are confused by patterns of self-harming or impulsive behaviors, are overwhelmed by their rapidly shifting emotions, and are struggling with the question "Who am I?" My areas of focus are Personality Disorders- specifically Borderline PD and Narcissistic PD, and trauma/PTSD. I provide a complimentary 15 minute phone call to aid in assessing your treatment needs and focus. Sessions are self-pay to help ensure confidentiality and your right to determination when it comes to your mental well-being. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist, which is an evidenced based treatment for PTSD, trauma, and countless other issues.
