Therapy is a confidential space and more importantly a relationship that one explores and discovers feelings, internal structures and wishes within. I hope treatment provides the openness to observe, process and play with these understandings of yourself and your relationships with the world. It may be a goal, an external event, or an overwhelming feeling that brings you in the door. My treatment style is informed by psychodynamic, relational and systems theory perspectives. I believe treatment to be a collaborative, co-creative journey through the healing process.
