Our humanity connects us through common experiences which impact our choices, leading to individual and unique stories. These stories often contain narratives of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief. Yet, throughout these stories are also stories of strength, resilience, and hope. My treatment philosophy focuses on identifying a client’s strengths, support systems and resources, interests and abilities - to shore up the foundation upon which strategies and skills can be built to improve a person’s sense of self and confidence to work towards achieving their goals.
