As a compassionate guide and ally, I am here to support and empower women who find themselves navigating the challenging landscape of overwhelm. Many women today have multiple challenges having to do with working a stressful job, maintaining or finding a romantic relationship, and at the same time you may also be a parent or caretaker for an elderly parent. Life can become overwhelming, leading to anxiety and depression, engaging in destructive behaviors, and using addictive substances to numb the pain. My mission is to provide a safe space where you can explore these feelings without judgment and find healthier ways to cope.
