When life becomes overwhelmingly difficult, we benefit from having someone to walk beside us, listening and supporting, as we journey through the pain. I have thirteen years of experience providing a broad range of one-on-one therapy, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction recovery counseling. Within these areas are often other emotional and behavioral issues: ADHD, self-esteem, spirituality, and sexuality. I’m gratified by working with clients from all walks of life and apply an Internal Family Systems approach that focuses on moving clients away from self-medicating and escapism into more productive lifestyles.
