I'm an EMDR and TF-CBT trained trauma therapist who specializes in children 5+, adults and families. My work tends to the emotional wounds that come from early relational trauma and attachment ruptures, childhood adversity, the complexities of adoption or foster care, the grief that follows loss and the uncertainty of change. Common struggles my clients have are: anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, emotional regulation, and desire for healthier relationships. I have specialized experience in traumatic loss and grief, helping kids, adults, couples, and families move through loss with support and care. My approach integrates evidence-based trauma treatments with a warm, relational, and attachment-centered style. My training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed work.
