Congratulations on taking this step, especially at this time of so much distress. We can speak via phone, zoom, or FaceTime. In 40 years of treatment, I have assisted many clients on the spectrum which ranges from: curiosity about past lives, managing minor life changes to more complex issues of depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Unexpected life events, difficult phase-of-life issues, loss, and trauma are often painful and intense. I can help you to explore and to understand the thoughts and feelings which underlie your current concerns, whether they are new or have existed since childhood. Clients find that my calm, empathic manner helps them ease into self-expression with trust and safety. They find me experienced, knowledgeable, and warm. Each client seeks healing along her/his own unique pathway. We will go at a pace which feels comfortable and safe for you.
