Life is not void of pain, conflict, or uncertainty, yet sometimes these experiences leave us hopelessly waiting for the ending to be rewritten. I’m humbled to be able to listen to clients’ stories, instill hope into their narrative, and find greater strength and resilience in the next chapter. I aim to support those who’ve been silenced or conditioned to believe that counseling is not for them; your story is valuable and will not go unheard. I use an eclectic theoretical approach to meet individual client needs, and provide the therapeutic support needed to help them retell their story in a way that brings about healing and purpose.
