At some point in their lives, most people will struggle with a mental or emotional issue, perhaps resulting from unwanted changes, inability to cope, loss, abuse, or something else. I am skilled in dealing with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and some substance use disorders. Further, I have extensive experience in the area of domestic violence. Currently my practice is online/telehealth through the SimplePractice platform and Headway. I'm licensed to see clients in Louisiana and Mississippi.
