My core philosophy on effective therapy is one that is relationship-driven and collaborative of my client’s views and narratives that guide their life stories. I believe that clients are the expert of their lives and that my role is to be a guide and witness to the stories that my clients bring into treatment. Every session is crucial to the overall health and well-being of my clients, and so I believe in creating a space that will allow for freedom, agency, and safety in expressing and fully showing up as one needs to.
