Hi! I am Cindy Walker, a licensed professional counselor in NJ. I have been practicing since 2016 following receiving my MA/EDs from Seton Hall University. My focus in sessions is to help the individual walk away with skills that better support the lifestyle s/he is creating. I have expertise in working with ADHD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is eclectic as I specialize in a variety of areas. My primary approaches are under the cognitive behavioral therapy umbrella and I am able to provide both DBT and trauma-informed care.
