About

I offer individual and couples counseling for ages 18 and older. I am trained and licensed as a mental health counselor, and my passion is working with anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. My neurodivergence focus includes - but is not limited to - autism, ADHD, sensory processing needs, and highly sensitive persons. Through my personal and clinical experience, I have found that in addition to counseling, integrative methods such as breathwork, exercise, nutrition, spirituality and nature, to name a few, are essential to getting the best benefit out of our time spent together.
