I work with individuals and couples that are struggling in their current season and needing some support to make change. If you're struggling with a mental health difficulty or relationship and could benefit from a safe space to share, explore, express, maybe laugh a little bit, and gain some tools and encouragement to use those tools, then we may be a good fit. I am trained in many therapies from Family Systems to EMDR and Brainspotting and am happy to learn about your needs and preferences and work to find a treatment that works for you and your situation.
