Hi, my name is CJ, and I'm here to help. You're in the right place to get the support you need. My work focuses on supporting individuals and couples - especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community - through current and past traumas, including domestic violence; weathering the storm of grief and loss, including pet loss; exploring gender, sexuality, and other forms of self-identity; and navigating the emotional ups and downs of life. I work with teenagers over the age of 12 and adults of all ages.
