Hello! I'm glad you're here. My name is CJ, but you can also call me a trauma translator, neurodivergent navigator & coping creative. I help anxious and depressed individuals have the tools to thrive, not just survive in their lives. My ideal clients are ready to start their healing journey and are open to learn. I primarily work with the young adult population, children, couples, victims of sexual assault, people with trauma, anxiety, depression, and Sex therapy.
