As a trauma-informed therapist (in-training) and coach, I help clients break the blocks and understand the deeper roots of their emotional patterns and restore balance between mind, body, and spirit, integrating neuroscience, evidence-based methods, and techniques to create a safe space where healing unfolds naturally. We explore how past experiences shape present challenges—transform pain into self-awareness. My goal is to help each client feel seen, supported, and empowered to rebuild a life of confidence and deep fulfillment. I train coaches to start coaching executives—and help experienced executive coaches sharpen their skills.
