I offer counseling services to individuals, children (5 and up), couples, and families. I use an integrative behavioral based therapy style that incorporates a variety of beneficial tools that are tailored to each patient. Therapy assists individuals in learning how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on their behavior and emotions. Throughout the therapeutic process I plan to support and guide you in achieving your goals. I have years of experience working with children and specialize in mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and postpartum mental health.
