My counseling approach integrates my professional training in psychology with the wisdom gained through my own life experiences. Having personally walked through abuse and addiction recovery, I understand the challenges of healing and growth on a deeper level. Before pursuing counseling more than 10 years ago, I worked for the U.S. Army, but ultimately followed my passion to work with people in a more personal and meaningful way.
