Welcome, I'm glad you are here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida) and Licensed Professional Counselor (DC and Virginia). I help individuals learn effective strategies to manage difficult feelings, as well as develop greater insight into how they have been shaped by past experiences. I provide individual therapy to children, teens, and adults managing concerns with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, women's issues, school difficulty, and trauma. I use both talk and expressive therapies. I am also a registered play therapist and use this modality when working with young children.
