Growing up, mental health was something that I felt was never talked about enough in our society, so I decided that I wanted to enter this profession as a way to give people a voice when they feel they aren’t being heard. With all of the events that have happened in our world these last several years, I want to provide a place that feels safe and peaceful to work through all the emotions that come with it. I absolutely love what I do, and could never see myself doing anything else. Every person’s journey is different, and I love being able to be a part of someone’s healing and growing process!
