You deserve a space to process that feels safe, warm, and encouraging - and that is exactly what is most important to me to provide. I believe that while I am the counselor in the room, it is you who is the expert on your own lived experiences and values. Many of our relationships and experiences from the past inform our present day worldview; I want to help you make connections between those experiences and the present, and use the strengths you already posses to move towards the future and relationships you are dreaming of! Using a person-centered, relational approach, it is my goal to support you through each stage of the counseling process by tailoring interventions to help you reach the goals that feel most important to you. By working together, we can identify what works best for you in session to process and implement the change you wish to see in your day-to-day life.
