Are you suffering from persistent negative self-talk that has exacerbated your anxiety? Has life been feeling extremely difficult due to depression, recent life transitions, grief and loss or low self-esteem? I want you to know that you've taken the wonderful first step to come here, and I applaud you for doing that. I hope to be able to assist you in handling these difficult struggles so they don't become insurmountable. I'm here to provide a safe, non-judgmental place where you can feel listened to, and together we can work towards the path of your healing and personal growth. I primarily operate through the lens of psychodynamic, process-oriented therapy; together, we'll examine how your background influences your mindset and behaviors today. I also frequently integrate behavioral modification in my sessions (such as CBT and DBT) and work on skills with you that might be useful to help you get out of the feeling of being 'stuck.'
