I believe that therapy is a chance to grow and develop holistically in an environment where every individual is honored and respected. I am trained in community counseling and marriage & family therapy, with specialized training in family systems conceptualizations. I have worked with with individuals ranging across the lifespan, as well as college students, and marital/premarital couples. I work with a variety of issues including, depression, anxiety, forgiveness work, life transitions and struggles, marital discourse, etc. I assess each individual and family holistically, looking at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual influences.
