Hello, I am happy you are here. My focus in my practice is working with struggling teens (and their parents), young adults, & LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. I am an EMDR Certified therapist using this therapy to help people work through trauma. Whether you are a teen struggling with depression, self-harm, or anxiety; Or an identified LGBTQ+ young adult dealing with challenges such as past trauma, relationship stressors, or phase of life challenges. My goal is to offer you a safe space to openly express & explore these specific areas to obtain the results you are looking for with the intent of living an enriched life.
