Welcome! I am a Dance Therapist, herbalist and Reiki Master. I use talk, movement, sound, herbs, and meditation to help people heal from whatever is keeping them from their highest potential. I work with children and adults of all ages. I firmly believe that there is a modality for everybody and that we can get to the root of what is bothering you and release it for good. In turn, I hope to help you find a new passion that you can lean into and develop to feel confident and free, and join like minded people in your new found pursuit of bringing more joy and beauty into not only your life but the planet as a whole.
