I am not for everyone, and that is okay. I show up in session as my quirky self, I am not a fan of toxic positivity, and my initial goal is simply to build a therapeutic rapport with each client. Safe relationships are key to healing trauma, and that is where I shine. My clients usually have significant trauma, have PTSD or C-PTSD, have experienced or are experiencing intimate partner violence, or have a personality disorder. I love helping people who want to work on negative core beliefs with building positive views of self in a way that feels authentic and not over the top.
